I have recently lost 50 lbs, but found myself struggling with recomposition and finding the time to work out. I was frustrated by not having a spotter at the gym. And never really feeling like I was making any real gains. This books has not only given me the tools to revamp my workouts, the mobile app with the videos is an invaluable supplement. Bravo tutti Mark Lauren and crew...this has changed my life.
This is a must read for anyone who wants to get their body in shape, but not just for visually aesthetic purposes. Fitness without function is virtually useless in everyday life, and his programs are designed around getting your body in shape, but actually using it on a regular basis. It's easy to read, well put together, and by using little blurbs about anything from fitness studies to the effectiveness of cardiovascular exercise for cardiovascular endurance (the result will surprise the hell out of you) the authors keep you interested and ready for more. I start soon. Hooyah!

I've been in a rut and knew what I was doing was taking me down the wrong road. I love being able to use my own body weight and improvise rather than being tied to a gym (which I'm still a member of because it's the only way I can workout without my toddlers climbing in me ;) ). This program enables me to do it anywhere in short time periods. I highly recommend it.
